Hi my name is Melanie Grassam and I'm from Christchurch, New Zealand. 

I have always had a love of craft and over the years I have dabbled in many...but what can I say my heart truly belongs to the art of bear making.  I have been designing and making bears for over five years, and needle felting for just over two, and although I'm often tempted with new crafts it doesn't take long for me to miss creating a new bear...or rabbit...or even a sheep.
